Refosco Dal Peduncolo Rosso
A wine with intense rubyred colour with a slight graduation to violett.
Its perfume is typical and remembers clearly to blackberries and raspberries.
Its taste is rich of tannins and acids. Matured it reaches a broad and delight bouquet.
Its an excellent companion to tasty starters, to white and dark meat as well as to cheese of average matureness.
It should be served at a temperature of 16-18°C

Its perfume has a slight tendency to herbs and a delicate touch to blackberries and the Maraska cherry.
Its taste is important and dominated by tannins.

Rubyred sparkling wine.
Its perfume is fruity with big aromatic bouquet which remembers the taste of forest fruits.

IL Beniamino
The Beniamino is produced from our best grapes and vintages of the Merlot.
The small quantity harvested per hektar guarantees an excellent quality in the grade of alcohol, the colour, dry extracts, natural tannins and delightful perfumes, which all together are an essential requirement to mature this wine in small oak barrels. Another secret of this exquisite wine is the outstanding quality of the soil of our wineyards. A wine to be discovered, which is an excellent compagnon to red and grilled meat as well as also to venison, priced poultry and cheese of average matureness like the Montasio or Asiago.
It should be served at a temperature of 18°C.
